Short-Term Rental Requirements (Effective July 1, 2023)

Beginning July 1, 2023, the County of Riverside has set forth new Short Term Rental regulations requiring a valid form of I.D. from the responsible guest making reservations (i.e., Group Coordinator) to be submitted with rental contracts. Valid forms of I.D. include current Driver's License, Passport, or any State or Government issued I.D. If you have a reservation or retreat after July 1, 2023, the Group Coordinator will be required to submit a photo copy of their valid ID for the Scrap Retreat House in accordance with the terms set by the County of Riverside. Failure to submit a valid photo ID will result in a cancelation of your reservation. If you would like to request a reservation, the $300 reservation deposit as well as a valid form of ID is required to reserve your date.
